Have a list of social media or web-related tasks that don’t fit in any of the above packages? I offer pay-as-you-go ad hoc hours which are perfect for one-off tasks. Prices start from £25/hour (retainer rate) to £30/hour (casual booking).

WHICH PLATFORMS ARE INCLUDED?
We can manage the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SIGN UP?
After contacting us via the “CHOOSE PACKAGE” button, we will get in touch to set up an initial discovery call. This is a good way to get to know each other, check we are a good fit and answer any potential queries you may have.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED FROM ME?
The minimum we need is access to your social media accounts. We will send you a questionnaire to gather additional information such as your target audience and your goals. It would be helpful to also provide us with brand content such as images or blog posts.
CAN I SEE THE POSTS BEFORE THEY ARE PUBLISHED?
We can provide you with a list of planned posts a week in advance of them being published. This gives you a chance to review and make comments.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
You will be sent an invoice at the beginning of every month to pay by bank transfer or Paypal. We offer a discount for longer contracts so you will receive an invoice the month before the end of the contract.
HOW DO I CANCEL?
For the one-month rolling contract, we need 2 week’s notice. For longer contracts, a minimum of one month’s notice is required but the refund amount will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
